Navneet - What seems to be the problem? Are you able to ping the IP address of the DNS servers of OpenDNS? That would be the first step to troubleshoot your connection while using OpenDNS.

Hello there,
I understand your frustration and had been through it. I recommend you do the following.
1. Dial '1800-424-1600' and ask for phone numbers of your city's BSNL broadband in-charge or boradband department's head.
2. Dial that person and lodge another complaint.
3. Visit the grievance cell and let them know that you don't want to pay for their pathetic service.

I have an Internet connection and it was working for quite a long time. Suddenly during the second week of May'07 the connectivity got disconnected and I made a compalint to the Triplicane Exchange as well as to 1500. After two days of anxiety a person came and attended to the problem and started working.

Alas the Broadband was working just for a week and gagian the connectivity cut off. After waiting for two days I again made a compalint to 1500 and also to the AE of Triplicane exchange. Again after two days of waiting a person came on 31st May'07 and rectified( ? ) the problem. As soon as the person left my house again the connectivity got cut and My self and my daughter are very upset with the way of broadband response and the staff response and thinking of surrudering the Modem and go for a private service providers.

My telephone number is 28441935( is in the name of my daughter)
and I am going to make a complaint once again to-day. I don't know to which higher official should I contact. In the meantime I very sick and pain to pay Rs.1000.00 minimum for a non working broadband services. On an average I am paying around Rs.1500.00 for Internet charges only and other telephone charges are extra.

By any chance some higher officials read this mail please arange for permanent rectification and continuous connectivity to my house and ensure no stress because of this since my family members are in US and I am unable to chat with them with Webkam.
